The Process: Raw, unroasted green coffee beans are placed inside a bourbon barrel and aged for 30 full days. During this time, the beans slowly absorb the residual bourbon and oak character embedded in the barrel staves — vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, and warm whiskey notes infuse directly into the bean before a single drop of heat is applied.

Roasted to Order: After aging, each batch is roasted fresh to order — ensuring you receive the most vibrant, freshly roasted expression of this coffee possible. No sitting in a warehouse. No stale shelves. Just peak freshness, every time.
